Yes, we have security to ensure all personal details are secure.
There is a one-year manufacturing limited warranty on the product for any manufacturing defects. Customer incidental/negligence damages are not covered. Rings & Co. will make the decision on if the repair will be approved.

Yes, there is a loyalty program with your account. You will receive points for each purchase that can be used in future dates. You will receive 10 points for every $100 spent. Every 100 points will lead to a $50 reward redeemable towards any future purchase for up to 12 months.
Yes, all tracking details will be emailed to the email address on your account. We ship 2nd day, unless a priority option is selected. Tracking is also available on your account.
We only accept website orders for security purposes. We are available to other channels such as EBay, Etsy and Instagram.
Yes, we offer resize options for $50 to resize a ring 2 sizes up or down. Anything above or below 2 sizes will be judged based on a case to case basis and should cost $100. Please email customerservice@ringsandco.com for more details.
Currently, we do not make custom designs, but we may be able to accommodate small changes to our design. Email us for special requests.
The item can be special ordered in colored diamonds and minor changes may be possible. This will be judged on a case to case basis.

All Rings & Co. Jewelry is 10K or 14K Solid Gold with natural or lab diamonds. The lab diamond rings are listed in a separate section and each item will be listed with the full details. We believe in complete transparency with our clients.
No, chains are sold separately. We can ship together. Please email us specifications and we can have it added.
All rings come in standard sizes: Size 10 for Men’s and Size 7 for Women’s. If you do not know your ring size, I suggest getting a ring sizing mechanism and emailing us after with the size required.
We accept changes to the order within one hour. Many of our items are custom made and it is tough to change once the process has started.
If there is a manufacturing fault, we will issue a full return and refund. Otherwise, we allow a return within 14 days of the item being delivered and/or one exchange within 14 days of the item being delivered to a product of equal or lesser value. Custom jewelry cannot be exchanged. For any exchanges, please email us at customerservice@ringsandco.com with the invoice number, reason for exchange, and the item pictures. Instructions on exchange process will be emailed once exchange is approved. All packages shipped to us must be fully insured and must be shipped thru UPS or FedEx. Rings & Co is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Once we receive the item back, we will evaluate the jewelry to ensure that the original item is unused and unworn with the original box before exchanging the product. We will try to satisfy the client to the best of our availability.
If your package has been lost, please email us with the order number, full name, and shipment address. We will proceed to file a claim with the shipping company. Claim processes may take 30-90 days. If the claim is passed and completed, Rings & Co can issue the refund.
Yes, full insurance is taken for the shipment. It is shipped in a discreet box for security purposes.
Yes, international shipments are possible through FedEx. All fees, duties, or taxes will be assessed by the customs offices in your area. It is the responsibility of the recipient to take care of duties/fees associated with the shipment. Please contact your customs office to get the item cleared. If the custom fees are not paid in time and the package gets sent back to us or goes missing, Rings & Co will not be responsible for a refund to the buyer.
Regular shipments are shipped 2nd day so you should receive them Two Days after the shipment has been made. We are not responsible for delays due to the shipping companies. Custom order may take longer. The estimated delivery time for special orders may vary, but we will do our best to provide estimates and update you every step of the way.
Yes, please change the ship to address. Also, include note on the order and email us with order # and gift details, so we can send the package as a gift with just a gift receipt.
