Rings & Co is happy to accept returns of diamond items within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are in a new and unworn condition. This return policy applies only to online purchases. To initiate a return, please send an email to Customerservice@ringsandco.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code, then follow the instructions provided to you for shipping protocol. Note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Any sizing or alterations made to the item are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Refunds will appear on your account within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Normal wear and tear may be covered upon the discretion of Rings & Co, but for loss or damage that occurs outside of normal wear, the personal insurance company should be responsible for replacement of any diamonds of 0.10ct or larger. Rings & Co has the right to decide whether an item is applicable for repair and the charges associated with the repair.
At Rings & Co, only one coupon code is allowed per customer per transaction and cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or coupon codes. The coupon code is valid only when a 50% discount or less is applied on the retail price of diamond jewelry and is not valid on negotiated deals, previous purchases, gold coins, special offers, “Deal of the Day,” or Hot Deals items. This offer is only valid for online customers.
In the event of typographical or system errors, Rings & Co reserves the right to cancel orders. The company also reserves the right to terminate any promotions, special discounts, and coupon codes offered at any time.
Rings & Co reserves the right to limit the quantities of any items purchased by any person, household, or per order. The company also has the discretion to cancel any order placed by a customer. This can include orders placed using the same Rings & Co website account, credit card, or orders that have the same billing and/or shipping address.
